If you haven’t heard of Karley ‘Slutever’ Sciortino, then you haven’t really explored the interwebs. Karley’s blog, Slutever is her documentation of sex and life as a dominatrix and a (really quite ambitious) slut. Aside from her blog she is also working on a continuing series of ‘slutever’ short films for Purple Television and has a docu-series for Vice which is a tongue-in-cheek (as per Vice– where the line between the ‘dos’ and the ‘don’ts’ is barely distinguishable), modern-day, super low-budget satire of Sex and the City. Karley has interviewed cool-guys such as Andrew Richardson and Chloë Sevigny and written pieces for publications such as Dazed and Confused, Oyster, Interview andRichardson; and she’s currently in the process of writing a largely autobiographical novel. As if that wasn’t enough, she also wrote and acted in a short film that’s airing on UK Channel 4 later this summer (US) about a bored housewife. Her drive, gall and vigor are enviable and she was one of my inspirations when starting this blog, so I talked to Karley about orgasms, kink, her aspirations, pubes and feeling important. Real talk.
